So, I just figured out, based on what Larinda wrote, that a studio with 4 instructors averaging 20 hours of teaching per week, charging 80 per lesson and paying the instuctors 25, has nearly 20,000 left over every month. Tuition is due the first class of each month. Some running costs are paid monthly, and others are paid quarterly or annually. Students are required to attend classes to be in TDS productions. Dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries could arise. These are the day-to-day costs associated with running your dance studio. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury. I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities.
